Order Processing

All orders ship from the United States.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will ship the same business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will ship the following business day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on Friday or during the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

Please note that holidays are not considered business days.

Domestic Shipping — United States

Shipping times depend on the delivery method selected at checkout.

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
• Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days

Delivery timelines begin once the order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide and aim for delivery within up to 14 business days, depending on destination.

All international shipments must clear customs. Customs regulations vary by country, and customers are responsible for:

• Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees; and
• Required permits or documentation.

We are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by local authorities.

We ship with trusted carriers, including:

• DHL
• FedEx

Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and service level.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather conditions;
• Holidays;
• Natural disasters;
• Customs clearance; or
• Carrier-related delays.

Shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of carrier delays.

For time-sensitive orders, we recommend selecting express shipping at checkout and placing your order in advance.

Returns & Return Shipping

Before returning any item, please contact us at info@theproperlabel.us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We will provide a return shipping label.

If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted where applicable.

Starting a Return

As soon as you have decided that you would like a refund, please contact us by email at concierge@theproperlabel.us before returning your purchase.

Inspection and Approval

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Method

If your refund is approved, you may choose to receive your refund either as store credit or back to the original payment method.

Refund Processing Time

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

United States and Canada

If your order was sent to a destination within the United States or Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded.

Orders Outside the United States and Canada

Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through The Proper Label. However, you may be able to recover these amounts by contacting your local customs bureau or by hiring a customs broker.

Australia

If your order was sent to Australia, you will receive a refund of duties and Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Items Not Eligible for a Refund

There are certain situations where we do not accept refunds:

• Goods with obvious signs of use;
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
• Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery; and
• Final Sale items.
