Rights are reserved to the extent protected by law and subject to any express licence or lawful exception.

Individual credits and copyright notices remain applicable. A film, campaign, performance or photograph may involve separate rights in its images, sound recording, composition, performance and other contributions. Its inclusion in the Maison’s archive does not transfer those rights to the Maison or to a visitor.

A credit, download link, purchase or access to a press kit does not by itself grant permission to reproduce, adapt or commercially exploit protected material. Any express usage terms supplied with an asset apply to that asset.

The Proper Label name and the Maison’s logos and other house marks identify our business, products and services. We reserve the trademark and related rights that we hold under applicable law. This notice does not assert that every product name, phrase, design or symbol on the website is a registered trademark in every territory.

Names, logos and marks of clubs, leagues, collaborators and other third parties remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Displaying them here does not authorise their reuse or permit anyone to imply an endorsement, partnership or affiliation that has not been expressly agreed.

You may browse the website, use its intended shopping features and make any use permitted by applicable law. Uses of our protected material beyond those permissions — including commercial reproduction, adaptation, merchandising or republication — require permission from the relevant rights holder, unless a legal exception applies.

For press, licensing, creative or commercial requests, email concierge@theproperlabel.us with the subject “Rights and permissions”. Identify the material and its URL, your name and organisation, the proposed use, the channels, the territory and the intended duration.

Requests are subject to review. Sending a request, receiving an acknowledgement or receiving no reply does not constitute permission. Any permission from the Maison must be expressly granted in writing by an authorised representative and applies only to the material, purpose and scope stated. Separate third-party permissions may also be required.

Sending a permission request, rights complaint or privacy request does not transfer ownership of your material or grant us a right to publish it for marketing. We may use the information supplied to assess and respond to the request, subject to our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential material unless suitable confidentiality terms have first been agreed.

If you believe material on this website infringes your rights, contact concierge@theproperlabel.us with the subject “Rights concern”. Include your contact details, identify the right and material concerned, provide the precise website URL, and explain whether you are the rights holder or an authorised representative.

This contact route is offered to help us review concerns. It is not a mandatory precondition to exercising a legal right, contacting a regulator or using a legally recognised notice or service procedure. We do not designate this general mailbox as a registered statutory agent by means of this notice.
