01 / The vision

The discipline of form. The freedom to move.

The Proper Label® is Maison de Sport: a New York house founded by Camille Tanoh, bringing tailoring, shoes and the culture of sport into one wardrobe.

An open field between precision and instinct. Clothing shaped by movement. Identity carried in the details.

01 / Origins

A wardrobe begins
with a point of view.

Camille Tanoh is a French designer of Ivorian descent, based in New York. His work brings a French sensibility for dressing into conversation with the pace of American life and the collective culture of sport.

The earliest footwear chapters remain a starting point: objects named for moments in a life, made to move between occasions. Maison de Sport carries that idea into a complete wardrobe.

TODAY

Maison de Sport

That attention to the individual piece extends into a wardrobe shaped by tailoring, movement and belonging.

02 / The house vocabulary

Precision.
Ease. Belonging.

A considered shoulder. A shirt with room to move. A shoe that gives a silhouette its balance. The house vocabulary is built from proportion, texture and the relationship between pieces.

Modern luxury, for the Maison, is the freedom to dress with intention. Quiet enough for everyday life; distinctive enough to feel personal.

03 / From idea to object

The work is
in the details.

Within the atelier, a design is considered through material, pattern, proportion and finish. Sampling gives an idea its shape; fitting tests how that shape lives on the body.

The conversation continues with specialist partners: construction, material choices, provenance and care are part of the same design process.

04 / A culture beyond the game

The club.
The city. The individual.

Sport holds shared memories: a place, a colour, a match, a community. Made for Club translates those identities into a considered wardrobe, extending the relationship with a team beyond match day.

For leagues, clubs and federations, the Maison brings an approach grounded in design and storytelling. For the person wearing the collection, it becomes a way to belong.

Nothing unnecessary.

The line of a collar. The fall of a sleeve. The balance of a shoe. Every piece begins with proportion.

Material, construction and movement belong to the same idea. A wardrobe expressed through the details.
