Proprius is The Proper Label’s guided site search, accessible through “Ask Anything” in the main menu. Describe a piece, a preference or a question in your own words. The current service matches those words with the Maison’s catalogue and selected pages about its collections, sizing and client services. A curated Maison index also provides short, sourced notes on the founder, sporting history and the economy of sport, together with official club schedule links. These are editorial reference entries, not live generated answers or a live sports data feed. It reflects our intention to begin with what you are looking for and help you find a relevant place in the Maison.

Proprius is an automated search interface, not a conversation with a person or a generative-AI adviser. It can recognise selected product terms, colours and budget expressions and display matching pieces, curated reference entries or relevant page links. Links to club calendars and external sources open their publishers’ websites; match dates and times should be checked with those official sources. It does not access your private order history or make purchases, reservations or changes to your account. For individual assistance, contact concierge@theproperlabel.us.

Search results may be incomplete or may not capture every nuance of a request. Review the relevant product and policy pages for current prices, availability, materials, size guidance, delivery and return conditions before purchasing. A search result does not create a product guarantee, delivery commitment or accepted order. Your statutory rights and the other terms governing a purchase remain unaffected.

By submitting a search, you accept these terms for Proprius and acknowledge the Proprius privacy notice. Search text processed only in your browser is not a submission to the Maison under the User Content section of these Terms. Using Proprius does not subscribe you to marketing communications.

This description applies to the current version. Any future change to its capabilities or handling of personal information will be reflected in the relevant notices, with consent obtained where required.

The Proper Label, Inc. currently uses technology and e-commerce infrastructure provided by Shopify Inc. and may use additional payment processors, hosting providers, logistics providers, fraud-prevention services, and other technical partners.

These third parties provide infrastructure that enables The Proper Label, Inc. to present products, process transactions, communicate with customers, and operate portions of the website.

The use of third-party infrastructure does not change the identity of the seller. Unless expressly stated otherwise, products offered through this website are offered and sold by The Proper Label, Inc.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing by The Proper Label, Inc.
