Where can I use it?
Redeem your Gift Card online at theproperlabel.us. Enter its code in the gift card or discount field at checkout. It cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
Do I need to activate it?
No. Your digital Gift Card is ready to use once it has been issued and delivered by email. There is no separate activation step.
How do I use my Gift Card?
Choose your pieces, then enter the code at checkout. If the order total exceeds the balance, pay the difference using an available payment method. Any remaining balance stays on the card for another visit.
Where can I keep it?
Keep the delivery email or save the Gift Card page securely. Treat the code like cash and share it only with your recipient. If an Apple Wallet option appears on the card, you can save it there.
How is it delivered?
By email only, after payment. Choose direct delivery to your recipient or untick the recipient option to receive the card at your own checkout email address. No physical card is shipped.
Does it expire?
No. The Proper Gift Card has no expiration date.

For delivery or balance questions, write to concierge@theproperlabel.us. Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, New York time. Please include your order number, never your full Gift Card code.
