Policy Overview
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, with original tags attached, and in pristine packaging. Exchanges are available exclusively for the same item in an alternative size or color. Items that do not meet these conditions will be respectfully returned to you.
Exchanges & International Orders
Domestic exchanges are complimentary. For international exchanges, all duties, taxes, and shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. To exchange for a different style, we invite you to return the original item for store credit and place a new order at your convenience.
Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our garments. Should you receive a defective item, we will gladly replace it. Please note, items showing signs of wear, or returned beyond the 14-day window, are not eligible for exchange.
Return Process
- Download your shipping label. If you require assistance, the post office can help with your digital label.
- Carefully pack your item in its original packaging, including the packing slip.
- Secure your package and drop it at your nearest postal location. Track your return via the link in your confirmation email.
