We kindly ask that you return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Items should be in unworn condition, with original tags attached, and packaging intact. Please note that exchanges are only applicable to the same item in a different size and/or color. Returns that do not meet our policy requirements will not be accepted.

Returns Policy

You have a 14-day window from the receipt of your order to request a return, exchange, or refund. Please click here to begin the process. Items must be unused, with THE PROPER LABEL tags still attached, and in the original packaging.

Size Exchange

Within the United States, exchanges are free of charge. For international exchanges, taxes, duties, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you are exchanging for a different style, please return the item for store credit and make a separate purchase for the new item. Returns that do not adhere to our policy will be returned to you.

Exchanges for Defective Items

We are committed to replacing defective or damaged items. However, certain situations may prevent exchanges, including goods with obvious signs of use, items not in their original condition or damaged, and items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

How to Return Items

  1. Download your shipping label. If you are unable to print, you can show the PDF at the post office for assistance.
  2. Pack up your return. Place the items and the packing slip inside the original packaging. Tape up your package securely and affix the shipping label.
  3. Ship it back to us. Drop off your package at a nearby post office and track its progress using the link provided in your confirmation email.
